Outing Description: Volunteer workday! English Ivy is encroaching upon the National Forest and we plan to get to the root of the problem! Come pull a few roots and vines with us to help preserve native plant habitat for all to enjoy.

Meeting Place Directions: We will park and meet about 1000 ft from the entrance of Warwomen Dell. The entrance is an is easy-to-miss dirt road off Warwomen Rd, about 5 minutes or 2.8 miles from hwy 441/23 intersection in Clayton.

Distance and Difficulty:  We will not be far from the cars and pulling roots of English Ivy can vary. Work at your own pace and style.

What to Bring and Wear: Refillable water bottle, work gloves if you have them, long pants and close-toed shoes, AND your lunch!

Cancellation: If Outing is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email by 6:00 pm on the evening before.

Pet Policy: No pets this time please.
